Weaning

Well, I started the weaning process with Cailyn on Tuesday evening (11/17) and it has gone surprisingly well. She had a bad night that first night and daddy had to sit up with her until after 11 pm before she finally fell asleep. It killed me to hear her begging me, "please momma". Dang near broke my heart. Wednesday was fairly smooth sailing and she only asked for "ninny" 3 times. Wednesday night, she again ONLY wanted daddy and he sat with her until about 10 pm before she fell asleep. There was only one bad moment during the night, compared to 3 the night before. Yesterday, she did NOT ask for "ninny" at all and the night was great too. Today, has been the same as yesterday. No questions asked about "ninny" and not wanting it either. Mommy is doing lots better with the engorgement too, man the first day was killer on my breasts. I thought for sure I would burst. Now, if I could just figure out what is wrong with my arm and why I cannot raise it, I'll be good.
